Terms of service
Effective 3 October 2026.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of tabello, an online shared board application for architects. It is used to place drawings, calibrate them to real-world scale and annotate them, alone or with others, in real time. They bind the publisher of tabello and any person who creates an account or subscribes to a plan.
2. The publisher
tabello is published by Emmanuel Bekhor Architecte SRL, avenue Dolez 580, 1180 Brussels, Belgium, company number 0895.583.875, Brussels register of legal entities (RPM Bruxelles), VAT BE 0895.583.875. Contact: contact@tabello.app.
3. The account
To use tabello, you need an account, opened with a verified email address or through Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what is done with your account. You can delete your account at any time from the application. The deletion is confirmed by email, the account is closed immediately, then erased 30 days later (see the privacy page).
4. The plans
tabello offers a free plan and paid plans. Their content and prices are set out on the pricing page. A subscription belongs to a team. It covers the team’s seats, and it is an admin of the team who subscribes to it and manages it.
5. Orders and payment
Our orders are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it collects the payment, applies VAT, issues the invoice and handles refund requests and billing queries. Your payment details never pass through tabello.
The prices displayed exclude VAT. The VAT applicable in your country is added at the time of payment.
6. Term, renewal, cancellation
- A monthly or yearly subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price unless a change has been announced in advance (section 12).
- You can cancel it at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. The team then returns to the free plan, without losing its content.
- To change plan during a subscription, write to us: we will do it with you.
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
You can request a refund of a payment within the 14 days that follow it, without having to give a reason, under our refund policy. If you are acting as a consumer, this period also covers your statutory right of withdrawal.
A pack of AI credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase as long as none of it has been used. When you buy it, you expressly agree that using a first credit ends your right of withdrawal for that pack.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use tabello to:
- upload or share content that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to access other teams’ data, or circumvent the limits and protections of the service;
- disrupt the service, for example through automated or bulk submissions.
Each plan includes an amount of real-time collaboration suited to normal professional use. In the event of manifestly excessive use, we will contact the team before taking any action. We never cut off a working session without warning.
In the event of a serious breach of these rules, we may suspend an account. We will inform its holder in writing, unless the law prohibits us from doing so.
9. Your content
The drawings, boards and annotations you upload remain yours, or your team’s. You grant us only the right to host, copy and display them to the extent necessary to provide you with the service. We do not use them for any other purpose. We disclose them only to the people you give access to and to the providers that enable us to run the service: hosting and, if your team turns it on, the AI rendering engine, for that request only. They are named on the privacy page.
Data processing agreement. For a team’s content, the team is the controller and we act as its processor, within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR. We process that content only on its instructions, as expressed through its use of the service. The people at tabello who have access to it are bound by confidentiality. Our own processors are described, by category, on the privacy page; their list by name is provided to the team on request, and we notify the team before adding or replacing one, giving it time to object. We help it respond to requests from data subjects, and notify it without undue delay of any personal data breach. When the service ends, the content is erased within the periods set out on the privacy page.
10. Availability
We do our best to keep tabello available at all times, but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance or an outage at one of our hosting providers may interrupt it. We give notice of planned maintenance where possible.
11. Liability
tabello is a working tool. It replaces neither the checking of drawings nor the professional liability of those who sign them. For professional use, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage, and does not exceed the higher of these two amounts: what has been paid for tabello over the previous twelve months, or €100. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that the law prohibits from being limited.
12. Changes
We may amend these terms, or the price of a plan. Any change that is to your disadvantage will be announced to you at least 30 days in advance. You may then cancel before it takes effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. For a business dispute, the courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of the law of your country of residence and may contact the Consumer Mediation Service (Service de médiation pour le consommateur).
